May the glory and wonder of this Easter season flood your heart and mind, dear sister, as we recognize and celebrate the power of Jesus, His life, death, and resurrection. This is such a special week where we have a unique opportunity to talk about the cross that has literally changed our lives, simply because of a national holiday. I pray that we are bold and take every advantage to engage in conversation with those around us, speaking directly about what Easter means and why we celebrate.
My encouragement to each of us this week is to intentionally reflect daily on what Jesus has done for you personally upon the cross and through is resurrection.
Where do you think you would be now if it had not been for Jesus? How do you think your life would be different if you had not surrendered it to Him? How has He changed you emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually? How has His perfect sacrifice changed your relationship with God? Perhaps these are some good conversational pieces that you can share with others that make evident the profound changes Jesus has made in your life.
Take some time to think about this question: what are some concrete ways you can share the wonder of the cross with those around you, during this special holiday season?
